Her family law practice carries the same commitment, including removing false restraining orders, reinstating custody following documented abuse of discretion, and obtaining global settlements that preserved family homes in contested partition and estate matters. Prior to law, Attorney Sofio taught in special needs inclusion classrooms, working directly with children navigating IEPs and 504 plans.
